System Overview

Versatile and user-friendly, the TITANSON enables rapid screening of vehicles and cargo using advanced X-Ray transmission technology. Dual Energy LINAC delivers detailed, sharp imaging that surpasses conventional X-Ray in detecting concealed threats and contraband.

Purpose-built for permanent border, port and checkpoint installations where maximum throughput and continuous availability are non-negotiable.

How TITANSON Works

From vehicle entry to cleared or flagged — a complete scan cycle in under three minutes.

Step 01

Vehicle Positions in the Scan Lane

The truck or container vehicle drives into the gantry lane and halts at the scan position. The operator initiates the scan sequence from the control workstation. Total positioning takes under 60 seconds.

In Portal Mode, vehicles drive through at operational speed — no stopping required — delivering up to 100 scans per hour with zero disruption to port or checkpoint flow.

Step 02

Dual Energy LINAC Beam Penetrates the Vehicle

The gantry traverses the full vehicle length emitting a Dual Energy LINAC X-ray beam. Two simultaneous energy levels measure attenuation across the entire scan width — the difference reveals material composition, not just density.

Dense metals, organic materials, liquids and composites all produce distinct attenuation signatures. Steel penetration and wire resolution are both rated High — capable of resolving a cigarette pack inside a fully-loaded 40-foot container.

Step 03

AI Analysis Flags and Prioritises Threats

Scan data is processed simultaneously by AI-driven and conventional image processing methods. A full-colour dual-energy image is generated with automatic histogram equalisation and up to ×64 zoom capability.

Threat flags are ranked and presented to the operator for final decision. Up to four images can be compared side by side. All data is stored in UFF 2.0 format and shared across networked TITANSON installations for cross-site intelligence.

Where TITANSON Operates

Engineered for permanent, high-volume installations where continuous 24/7 operation and maximum detection capability must coexist.

Land Border Crossings

Permanent fixed gantry installation scanning all inbound and outbound freight without disrupting commercial traffic flow.

Both modes availableANPR integration

Commercial Port Terminals

Container and vehicle inspection at volume. Portal mode delivers 100 scans/hr without halting traffic. Integrates with port management and customs systems.

Freight Depots & Customs

Inland customs clearance centres where all inbound cargo must pass inspection before onward distribution. Continuous shift operation.

24/7 capableUFF 2.0 data logging

International Checkpoints

Fixed permanent checkpoints at strategic international border corridors — dual-mode flexibility as traffic composition and volumes change over time.
